Course Content:
Upon completion of this 20 hour course, you will have acquired the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently operate and adjust an air brake system. Your training will meet and exceed industry standards.
- 16 Hours of Classroom
- 4 Hours Practical / Certification Test

- Brakes and Braking
- Components of an Air Brake System
- How the Basic System Works
- Trailer Systems
- Dual Air Systems
- Pre-Trip Inspections

Cost:$250.00 + GST=$262.50
Additional cost to the Driver Training Fee.
These are Government fees payable to complete your Air Brake Endorsement and are not the responsibility of Fox Pro Transportation Industry Solutions.
- $15.00 Air Brake Knowledge Test
- $17.00 License Renewal Fee ($75.00 if within 6 months of expiry)
- Commonly Known as Endorsement 15
Prerequisites
Minimum Age: 16 Years
- License: Valid Class 05 or 07 driver’s license
Once the course requirements are concluded, there remains a Qualifying Knowledge Exam (within a 30 day limit) at a Services BC Cent.
NOTE: If the exam is not completed within the time limitation the whole course must be repeated .
